What really lights him up these days? Coaching rising execs and managers to become the kind of leaders people actually want to follow. He’s all about helping you skip the mistakes he made, reclaim your time, and build a career (and life) you love.
He’s been married to his incredible wife, Amie, for 40 years. They’ve raised four amazing kids, collected four grandkids, survived cancer—and somehow Robert still finds time to obsess over music trivia. (He’s basically a human Shazam.)
